Judicial nominations

Protecting equal justice for all.

Judges must respect the rule of law, strictly interpret our Constitution and not legislate from the bench. We cannot bring an activist approach to Minnesota courts.

Minnesotans have specific concerns about judges biased in regard to the Second Amendment, especially at the state level, eminent domain takings and the so-called constitutional right to privacy that resulted in the Roe v. Wade decision. We can protect equal justice for all by opposing judges who think they can and should inject personal experiences and biases into what should be the objective interpretation and application of the law.
